About Me
My therapeutic style centers around cultivating a supportive therapeutic relationship to gain insight into other relationships in your life, including that which you hold with yourself.
I practice primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, and enjoy working with clients who are open and willing to being curious about their place in this world as a product of past experiences and relationships. I value communication and authenticity, and strive to bring that in to each session.
The space that I create for therapy is welcoming, warm, and compassionate. I operate from a trauma-informed perspective, and am aligned with the health-at-every-size (HAES) approach. All individuals and all bodies are welcome in this space.
I hold my License in Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) in Massachusetts, and my License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. I received my Master’s in Social Service (MSS - an MSW equivalent) at Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and my Bachelor of Art’s in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
